Overview:
This research study used contextual inquiry to develop an intimate understanding of the online course development process and its stakeholder relationships, roles, and responsibilities. An examination of this system revealed ways in which the development process creates high contact, richer content, and cutting edge learning tools that strengthens the results of the E-Learning program. We used this knowledge to identify opportunities for continued innovation in the system and alignment of stakeholder expectations, goals, and objectives.
